Approved Research Buyer process
Helix BioPure does not operate as an open consumer storefront. Product catalog details, pricing, cart, checkout, and product-specific COA/SDS access stay limited to approved research buyers and authorized staff.
Before you apply
- Organization or laboratory name.
- Role/title and purchasing relationship to the organization.
- Authorized research shipping address.
- Clear non-clinical laboratory research purpose.
What remains locked
- Public product catalog and product-specific pages.
- Pricing, cart, checkout, and payment collection.
- Product-specific COA/SDS downloads.
- Any support request involving human, veterinary, clinical, cosmetic, wellness, or personal use.
1. Create secure account access
Use the email address tied to the person who will manage the application. The account email remains the primary application contact.
2. Submit organization details
Provide organization name, role, authorized shipping address, and a concise lawful non-clinical research-use description. Do not include personal-use language.
3. Respond to verification requests
Applications may be approved, rejected, or held for clarification. Additional information may be requested for address, organization, role, or use-case review.
4. Access remains controlled
Approval can unlock controlled catalog access, but pricing, cart, order placement, product documents, and fulfillment remain subject to separate controls and review.
