Who can order?
Only verified laboratories, universities, biotech companies, CROs, qualified businesses, or credentialed researchers ordering on behalf of an approved organization may order. Account approval and order-level review may be required before any shipment.
Are these products for human or veterinary use?
No. Products are for lawful non-clinical laboratory research use only and are not for human use, veterinary use, clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, food use, cosmetic use, dietary-supplement use, personal use, or resale for those purposes.
Can you provide dosing, injection, cycle, stack, or reconstitution-for-administration guidance?
No. The company provides technical documentation and specification support only. It does not provide medical, dosing, injection, administration, personal-use, veterinary-use, or clinical guidance.
Can public visitors view product names, pricing, or checkout?
No. Product-specific catalog data, pricing, cart, checkout, order history, and controlled product documents are limited to approved research buyers.
How are COAs and SDSs handled?
Product and lot documentation should be controlled through approved-buyer and staff workflows. Public visitors can review the quality process, but product-specific private documents should remain gated and should not expose raw storage paths or long-lived signed URLs.
Are payments active?
No. Public instant checkout, payment capture, card collection, payment intents, and automated payment workflows remain disabled pending legal/compliance review, merchant underwriting, support/fulfillment readiness, and final launch approval.
Where should compliance or prohibited-use questions go?
Compliance, account eligibility, prohibited-use, and documentation-boundary questions should route to the compliance/support process once launch communications are approved. The company will not answer dosing, injection, human-use, veterinary-use, or personal-use questions.
Are the current policy pages final?
No. These policy pages are pre-launch review scaffolds. Terms, Privacy, Buyer Eligibility, Prohibited Use, Shipping/Returns, support scripts, and RUO language must be legally and operationally reviewed before commercial launch.
How are materials shipped?
Shipment is limited to approved research buyers and remains subject to order-level review, destination review, documentation review, restricted-address controls, and fulfillment SOP approval before release.
