Prohibited use policy
Helix BioPure materials are supplied only for lawful non-clinical laboratory research use by verified organizations. The following uses and support requests are prohibited and may result in order refusal, account closure, or compliance escalation.
Prohibited uses and support requests
- Human use, ingestion, injection, implantation, topical personal use, or any other administration to a person.
- Veterinary use, animal treatment, animal dosing, or administration to animals outside lawful approved research protocols.
- Clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, mitigation, cure, compounding for patients, pharmacy fulfillment, or patient-related use.
- Cosmetic, bodybuilding, weight-loss, anti-aging, wellness, food, dietary-supplement, or consumer-product use.
- Resale, repackaging, relabeling, advertising, or distribution for human, veterinary, clinical, cosmetic, food, supplement, wellness, or personal use.
- Requests for dosing, cycles, stacks, reconstitution for administration, injection technique, protocol advice for personal use, medical advice, or veterinary advice.
- Attempts to obtain needles, syringes, bacteriostatic water, administration kits, patient instructions, or other human/veterinary administration support from Helix BioPure.
Refusal standard
Orders may be delayed, refused, cancelled, or escalated when buyer information, order notes, communication, destination, payment behavior, requested support, or documentation history suggests prohibited use or unverifiable buyer status.
Support boundary
Support is limited to identity, purity, documentation, storage, shipping, order status, and technical specification questions. Helix BioPure does not provide dosing, administration, human-use, veterinary-use, clinical, or personal-use advice.
Escalation signals
- Personal email domains or unverifiable organization identity.
- Support requests that mention patients, self-use, pets, dosing, injection, weight loss, bodybuilding, wellness, anti-aging, cosmetic use, treatment, diagnosis, or prescriptions.
- Shipping to restricted destinations, residential destinations requiring review, freight-forwarding/reshipping addresses, or unverifiable locations.
- Order notes, payment behavior, or communications inconsistent with lawful non-clinical laboratory research use.
Launch hold
Public ordering, payment capture, and automated fulfillment remain blocked until prohibited-use enforcement, buyer verification, support scripts, return/refund handling, and merchant-underwriting evidence are approved.
