Buyer eligibility policy

Eligible account types

• Verified laboratories and research organizations.
• Universities and academic research departments.
• Biotech, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, analytical-service, or life-science research companies.
• Contract research organizations and qualified institutional procurement teams.
• Credentialed researchers ordering on behalf of an approved organization.

Verification may include

• Organization name, role, business/institutional affiliation, authorized shipping address, and research-use purpose.
• Research-use-only attestation and prohibited-use acknowledgement.
• Shipping destination review, account-risk review, and manual escalation when needed.
• Additional documentation when an order, destination, payment behavior, or support request requires manual compliance review.
• Ongoing order-level review after account approval.

Ineligible or escalated signals

• Consumer, patient, personal-use, bodybuilding, wellness, anti-aging, cosmetic, weight-loss, dietary-supplement, or veterinary-use intent.
• Requests for dosing, injection, reconstitution-for-administration, cycle/stack, protocol-for-self-use, medical, or veterinary guidance.
• Unverifiable organization identity, restricted destination, freight-forwarding/reshipping address, or support messages inconsistent with lawful laboratory research use.

Account denial or closure

Helix BioPure may deny, suspend, or close an account when a buyer fails verification, provides incomplete information, uses a personal-use signal, requests prohibited guidance, misrepresents intended use, attempts to order for a prohibited use, or creates unresolved compliance risk.
