Pre-launch policy review

Terms of sale

These terms describe the intended B2B research-use-only sale posture for external review. They are not final legal terms, merchant approval, payment activation approval, or production launch approval.

Payments, card collection, automated invoices, and public instant checkout must remain disabled until final terms, prohibited-use policy, buyer eligibility rules, fulfillment SOPs, and payment underwriting are approved.

Verified B2B research accounts only

Catalog access, product-specific details, pricing, cart, checkout, order history, and controlled product documents are limited to approved research buyers. Consumer, patient, personal-use, and veterinary-use ordering is not supported.

Research-use-only restriction

Products are supplied only for lawful non-clinical laboratory research and are not supplied for human use, veterinary use, clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, food use, cosmetic use, dietary-supplement use, personal use, or resale for those purposes.

No medical or administration guidance

Helix BioPure does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, injection guidance, reconstitution-for-administration guidance, treatment guidance, veterinary guidance, cycle/stack guidance, or personal-use recommendations.

Order review and refusal

Orders may be delayed, refused, cancelled, or escalated when buyer information, order notes, support requests, shipping destination, payment behavior, or documentation history suggests prohibited use, unverifiable buyer status, or a compliance concern.

Payment and launch status

Public instant checkout, card collection, payment capture, payment intents, and automated payment workflows remain disabled until legal/compliance review, payment underwriting, support policy, fulfillment SOP, and final launch approval are complete.

Documentation and handling

Lot-specific COA/SDS and product documentation are controlled through approved-buyer and staff workflows. Buyers are responsible for reviewing specifications, restrictions, and handling requirements before any accepted order is fulfilled.
